Mix Y-Power™ with clean/filtered, non distilled water, that is at room temperature or cooler. Mix with a plastic or wooden utensil, or non-metal shaker cup. Drink only on an empty stomach, or at least thirty minutes before, or at least one hour after a meal. Do not add any other supplements, nor foods to Y-Power™, as it is an exact molecular composition and must be allowed to work on its own. Enjoy.
